Exhibitor List
You can check out the festival exhibitor list in two forms:

Exhibitor List by booth
Exhibitor List by group/company name

NOTE! We are adding a few booth spaces and making some minor adjustments to the booths on the street -- so this map will change slightly. We will upload the final map as soon as possible. In the meantime, know that volunteers and staff at Earth Day are ready to assist you in unloading and locating your booth. Thank you for your patience -- we're looking forward to a beautiful, sunny Earth Day with you.

Exhibitor Fee Information
Main Area Exhibitors: Including Commercial and Non-profit Exhibitors
Products, samples and the message at your booth must be relevant to environmental concerns. Early Bird Applicants will receive a discount on their booth fee AND will be given priority for booth location. The booth fee for commercial vendors is $190 Early Bird/$200 General . Non-profits, government agencies, and educational organizations are eligible for a discounted booth rate of $80 Early Bird/$100 General. Organizations that provide a children's activity in the Children's Area may reserve a booth at no charge. The Green Car Show exhibitors' fee is the same as mentioned above for various businesses/agencies.

Food Vendors
Food vendor fees reflect the amount of street space taken up rather than number of menu items. For a 15' x 15' food vendor space, the fee is $450; for 15' x 30' the fee is $650. Discounts of up to $150 are available for food vendors who are non-profits, or do not require electricity or have "zero waste" serving supplies. Please contact us if you have any questions.

"Zero Waste" Event
The Earth Day Festival strives to be a "Zero Waste" event.
Exhibitors and vendors are encouraged to adopt "zero waste" as their goal. Here are some tips:

  • Reduce or eliminate the disposable items or 'freebies' that are given away at your booth, especially plastic items.
  • Please do not bring balloons or styrofoam to the Earth Day Festival.
  • Be mindful of packaging or bagging, and avoid giving away plastic bags at your booth.
Food Vendors & the "Zero Waste" Policy
If you're a food vendor who serves organic, free-range, hormonal-free, vegetarian or vegan items and can serve food in recyclable or biodegradable packaging, we welcome your application!

In accordance with the festival's "Zero Waste" mission, biodegradable and recyclable serving supplies and utensils are required for the Earth Day Festival. Important points to be aware of:

  • CEC will be providing special biodegradable serving supplies to all food vendors.
  • The cost of these biodegradable serving supplies is included in the 2008 Food Vendor application fee. However, if you are serving food in a manner that is already zero-waste, you may take a $50 deduction from the application fee.
  • NO non-biodegradable or non-recyclable serving supplies, utensils or packaging will be allowed in the food court.
  • We will work individually with each food vendor to make this process simplified.

Note on insurance requirement
All vendors are required to provide a certificate of insurance naming CEC as additionally insured. This is easier than it sounds. If you already carry insurance for your business or non-profit, simply call up your insurance agent and ask them to issue you a certificate of insurance naming CEC as additionally insured. If you do not carry insurance, please contact us by EMAIL or phone 805-963-0583 Ext. 102
